Tutorial for making Blogger Template from Crash.

Hello every body.
Here today I'm requesting admin to start a thread consisting full tutorial for making the Blogger templates from crash,
i.e person having zero knowledge of this can understand.
I think community is growing, and to attract more and more members, I think we need this. By this action community will grow certainly and will have bigger user DB.
