trying to blog

Hello Bloggers,
i need help 2 ) ? Just recently had my achilles tendon rupture and looking online for any type of help how to deal with this, i realized there is so many blogs.
Well , didn't take long and i decided to have my own. Only after signing up i realized that i can make money with that(believe it or not)so i registered with adsense, which seems like a great choice for the newbie blogger.
I would like for people to check it out and tell me their honest opinion on this . If you like it or not or you think i may have some potencial, i want to know your opinion. Believe me when i say i will try my best to take this blog to the next level, because right now chances of me returnig to my old job are slim. (only because nature of the work)
