showing german ads in english site..HELP

On one of my blogger.com blog instead of "ads by google" it is showing
"Google-Anzeigen" and displaying german ads instead of english ads..

i am just curious why it is showing like that? my blog is in English

i am using an external template i downloaded.

anyone have a clue about this -? Please help me.. my blog address is my-jobhub.blogspot.com
