Pin selected posts on the right side of blog page

I am using Blogger for my blog. Some of the blog posts are daily commentaries on events of the day. Other posts are big picture, my theory of how things work so to speak.

I want to be able to pin the big picture posts in a column on the right side of the page. Then the daily blog posts appear one after the other as they do now.

Can I do this with blogger?
