Make 3 columns the same height. & text post match the main.

hello, I have an issue with my 3 column template (actually it was 2 columns teplate and I added manually the third column). Every column is different height and thats why the design is looking bad. I tried to adjust the height manually by adding ,,heigh: xxx pixels) to main, right and left sidebar, it has helped but only particulary. After I adjusted it manually, all columns have been the same height but the text of posts are coming off the main wrapper (text is longer than the main wrapper). Is there any way to add some codes which will help me to have automatically all (main, right and side wrapper! the same height? also I would like to achieved that text of posts will match the main wrapper.
I do not know right now how long I would like to have the main and sibebar wrappers because I´m planning to add some more widgets and posts in the future.
I am a beginner and I did not find anything helpful on net to fix my issue. I´m attaching my xml so you could load it to your test blogspot and check it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
