How to use Photoshop created header with links?

Hello - I created a new header for my blogger blog using photoshop. Using the slice tool I've added five links (a nav bar) to the photoshop header. When I save this header "for web devices" into a file on my computer, and then open it on my computer, it looks and works great. Now I just have no idea how to transfer/upload it to be on my blog. Help!
