How to upload Video file to blogger post

I want to make a video blog but I do not know which file can be upload to Blogger as I try to upload AVI but it was fail.
any one please tell me what kind of extension like 3gp. AVI. mpeg or other then this and how size does it limit per post.

Upload the videos to Youtube, and embed the video in your blog if your videos get a lot of views you can get in the "share revenue program" betwen your adsense account and your youtube account.

Blogger and youtube both accept these formats .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG file formats.
The size in Youtube is 2GB, in blogger the videos are upload to Google Videos, and there is no limit on file size, but not to sure about that, i Know that in Google video is no limit but in Blogger somebody mention that the upload limit size is 100Mb

Is no limit of videos per post in blogger, but... if you have tooo many videos per post it may slow down your blog...
