How to add subsite?

Hi guys, I'm new here.Sorry but I don't know if the word subsite is the correct term. What I'm trying to do is, a subpage to put all the links.

I have seen some other sides doing so at their own domain.I just wonder if Blogger can do the same.

Example:

abc.com/links.

Is that possible we can have abc.blogspot.com/links?
