How do you place Page links at top of page?

Hello All,

I am not the greatest programmer in the world, but I've been able to get by on my little knowledge. I recently have wanted to update my blog but now I am stumped. I know there are alot more experienced programmers and bloggers on here than me, and if you guys could take some time out of you day to help me out with this, and learn a little, it would mean the world to me.

My blog is located at http://www.DJIGmusic.com . I am trying to make my site a little more sleek, and this change is mainly for aestetic purposes. I would like to take my page list and have it at the very top of the page. Then I would like to remove the slideshow, and have one static image in place of the DJIG logo that is about the same size but has the width of the post+sidebar. Basically I want to have it looking like http://www.MindlessBehavior.com (after you click enter site) with the page links on the top then their picture, then the blog. If you could help me accomplish this, it would mean the world to me, and move me a little closer to being a better programmer. Thank you for taking your time to help me out.

Zak
