Help with Inserting html/css code

hi, this is my first time here. I'm trying to create a navigation menu on my blogger and wordpress blogs using html/css . Can some one show me how to insert the code in the blogs? I'm desperate!

is ur wordpress blog hosted by you or you are talking about the free wordpress. In free wordpress you cant.

But if you have access to the code i would suggest you to go to the following site. Generate a navigation. Copy the html and paste it.
