help in convert wordpress theme to blogger template

Hi guys,
i found a good word press theme and i wanna convert it into blogger template
the problem is i cant do that
so i`m asking every body for tutorials or any lessons that help me in that
by the way here is the theme (http://www.elegantthemes.com/preview/WhosWho/) and i have source files in php,css and other staff ext.

Any wordpress theme can be converted , but it require your knowledge about CSS, structure of blogger template.If have the idea then start with a standard template and modify according to your CSS
I have converted theme This Themefrom two wordpress template,Scarlet and Yestilo by Jinsona Design.
