Help finding free blog template

Hey there

I have been blogging a little while, but i have recently started a new blog & want to make some changes and get my blog exactly how i want it - but i dont know quite how!!

I like the design of http://grungejungledemo.blogspot.com/

Love how simple it is - graphic top & bottom, 2 column, similar background colour would be fine - i would like to add a horizontal link bar between the graphic at the top and the body of the blog - but the rest (changing graphics etc.) i could do myself very easily!

Can anyone point me in the right direction to make these changes please!
