FTP Option Missing?

I have my own domain name and web host, and I would like to publish to that host using the FTP option in Blogger. Trouble is, the "switch to FTP" option seems to be missing from my Blogger>Settings>Publishing page. All I see instead are some hints about making my blog available to everyone (which I did) and using a classic template (which I think I did). How do I get that FTP option back? And what's a classic template? Is Minima considered a classic template?

Thank you.

I think a classic template would be a template that was used before Google bought Blogger, & switched the platform to XML, based template code.

I'm not sure about the Blogger FTP option.

You might want to have a look at "Windows Live Writer" (FREE) instead of FTP, I use WLW all the time, it works better than the Blogger Dash.
