I love the layout of this one. Is there any chance of getting it programmed to be different colors? It's just a little dark for what I need it for. Even a lighter grey would work.

Re: Excellent Magazine Style Blogger Template "Falkner Press"
I have just encountered a problem. The code is not here to edit the pictures on the slideshow. Near as I can tell, this looks like part of the code, but where is the rest?

<b:section class='slidesshoww' id='slideshoww' preferred='yes' showaddelement='false'>
<b:widget id='HTML1' locked='true' title='Slideshow' type='HTML'/>
</b:section>
<b:section class='topad' id='ads468' preferred='yes' showaddelement='no'>
<b:widget id='HTML4' locked='true' title='Advertisement (468 x 60px )' type='HTML'/>
</b:section>

I have had the same problem. I want to update the look of my blog to more of a magazine style, and after months of searching for a design I came across this one that I really like. However, after 3 days of editing, working, I came across a similar pattern to what you had. I cannot make the slideshow work. The images appear behind the blog posts. I have tried everything I can think of, but I admit I am not good at coding myself, so I may have messed something up. I read numerous posts on this forum hoping to find an answer but none of them seem to work. Help?

I also cannot make the mini update thing work, and would like it to work or be able to remove the widget and background in that area entirely to make room for ads.

If someone can tell me what to do to fix it, and it works I will be very appreciative. If you don't have a logo already and you help my blog work, I will even make you a custom logo for your blog if you like.

Feel free to check it out. http://xxbytemexx.blogspot.com/

Thanks!

Re: Excellent Magazine Style Blogger Template "Falkner Press"

Just giving myself a few more days and then I am no longer going to use this template. I have tried too many times to make it work including redoing the whole thing from scratch and for some reason it works until edited, or until I change the code for my images, or for the mini updates, and then the mini updates no longer works and the images from the slideshow end up behind posts... frustrated.

Hi Kranthi, many thanks for such an excellent template. I've never found any template like that in free. Its simply superb.
I need some help, I've come across some problem.
Only Subscribe for Updates, Video and Mini Updates are displaying in thr right most column. Other widgets added in the right sidebar are not displaying. Please help me.
Can you please advise me what shall I do if I wish to change the background colour.

Thanks,
Arindam
