A "Dofollow" Link is a hyperlink that is able to tell search engines to pass along it's page rank influence to an outbound link.
A "Nofollow" Link is exactly the opposite. It is a hyperlink that removes the ability to pass on it's page rank status to other sites.

You can check it with two types-
First you can install dofollow-nofollow checker tool on your browser.
Second you can check it by check the source code related with your links(links which are you post) or your link code, if moderator of the website add <rel="nofollow"> then it is nofollow or if he/she add nothing then it is dofollow links and every link is nofollow means website is nofollow.

In order to determine whether a blog is DoFollow or NoFollow in nature, pick up a name of someone who already commented there, view source of that
web page and find that name, now see whether the hyperlink tag contains rel=”nofollow” or not, if not it’s a DoFollow Blog.

You can use the NoDoFollow plug in for Firefox to detect if a site or blog uses do follow or no follow links. When using this particular plug in, do follow links will be highlighted in blue and no follow links will appear pink.
