Keyword Density is a measurement of a keyword that is a combination of a indexed word that keyword contained in it.Keyword proximity is all about the closeness between two or more keyword in a web page.

Keyword density refers to the number of times your keyword phrase appears on the page.

Keyword proximity is the combination of the density of a keyword and the prominence. Proximity is difficult to calculate when two or more keywords are used as keyword combination.

Personal advice don't bother for any of this terms, keywords density have low impact with SERP.
