deleted name placed in wrong account - name frozen ?

Hi Folks,

Newbie here.

Today I set up a blogger account under the wrong gmail account and then deleted it, hoping to set it up under a gmail account with a matching name, for elegance, remembering, simplicity.

However the name does not become immediately available after deletion, and I realize they may keep it frozen for awhile, days, 90 days, or something.

Does anyone know exactly the situation, also any way to expedite. There was no blogging material under the name that was deleted.
