Create fixed post

I would like the post that you see at http://moseyswoodworks.blogspot.com/ to remain fixed at the top of the page, WITHOUT the date. How do I do that? I don't want a static page... I already have those, just want this to be the top post on the main blog page to greet people when they arrive.
