clean look

Hiya,
I'm looking for a magazine feel on my blog. Currently, it's all very dark and photographic-ish, but needs a revamp. And because we'heading into summer here, I want bright and white. Clean and neat, very magazine looking. I'm still working on my pics...background, lighting and styling. (Also, definitely need a better camera) I'd appreciate your advice and suggestions.
