Changing the Logo in Header on New Blogger

I use a custom domain with blogger and have uploaded my logo to be seen in the header. I have changed my domain to a different one and need to change the logo as well. It seems that Blogger changed it's Design page and now I don't see the Header element so I can modify the logo image. All online help seems to reference the old way of doing things when Blogger simply asked if you wanted to use a logo in place of the blog title.

All I see now is the description for the blog where the logo once was. I can't seem to find any reference to the Logo in the HTML code, only blogger variables. How can I change the Logo now?

I use the Tekka template. My url is www.blackberryexpressions.com

1. Make great logo and save as image file ex Png./Jpeg. (860 pixels wide)
2. Go to --> Page Element --> Header --> edit --> Upload your image from your computer file
3. Make sure you tick Shrink to fit and Instead of title and description
4. Done !

turned out that I had fouled up my code on my original template and the edit header element wouldn't show. I have updated to a new template and all is well now. thanks for the help everyone.
