Change the look of the mini updates?

Hello,

I'm new to blogging so first off I'd like to thank you for your templates and useful tips you have here.

My questions I have are about your "mini updates" widget. I'd like to remove the mini thumbnail pics and the comment count that it shows. How would I go about doing this?

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
