The question is not clear. Do you want to add a label widget? I mean a widget that contain all labels of your blog or you want to show label below every post of your blog?

For the first one (label widget):

Goto layout> page elements>add a gadget > then choose "labels"

For the second one : label or tag below every post

Goto layout> page eliments>click on 'edit' link of the widget titled as " blog post" > Then check the box before "labels" and customize the text.(i.e. you can choose 'tags' in place of 'labels' )

how about customize the labels/tag, so that you can see the most labels that i use is the bigger one, not only a LIST of labels..?

You may use Link List to customize it Layout >> Page Element >> Add Gadget >> Link List
