Yea.. there are some free online tools to predict pagerank.
But, all of them are just for fun.. There's no way to predict the future pagerank of Google.

No. You can't predict Future Google Pagerank. Just try to build as may good,quality backlinks as you can.. and your PR will eventually come.

Google changes,updates its algorithm from time to time.
Trust me, its just a waste of time to look for those tools.
