Another blog is already hosted at this address

Okay, this is really starting to get me angry.

I purchased the domain liverpoolfcblog.com and added the C Name ghs.google.com to Go Daddy as I always do.

I then tried to get Blogger to point to my domain. No such luck. Instead, I got the following error message:

Another blog is already hosted at this address

As Google has no customer service whatsoever, I attempted asking for information on the Blogger Help Forums. A user by the name of Nitecruzr offered some help. He asked me to do a lot of things and as far as I am aware, I did them all.

Anyway, he must have got angry with me or something, because he never got back to me. Now, I am stuck with a domain that cannot be related to Blogger.

I called Go Daddy and they told me that there is nothing they can do.

Can anyone on here help?

1- that nitecruz is a ignorant that only know how to delete post on that forum, if you get some help from he just let me know as i will make a tatoo on my head. He should be banned from that forum as he only knows how to promote the blogs that he own.

2- I will recomend you that you create e new blog on blogspot and setup the domain for that new blog on blogspot, that is the easy way. As far as i read the tread on the google forum seems like somebody had done some bad things. So if you own the domain name change its settings will be easy.

Also take 48 hour betwen you remove the blogger configuration and setup the blog and domain again

Go to you domain name contrl pannel and remove all settings
Go to Blogger and remove al domain setings
Waith 48 hours untill al recors are deleted
Before login in your domain control panel or in blogger check that the domain isn't working
If the domain is working waith untill you get an error page or someting sayng that the domain name is reserved (Usually if you get the domain on Go Daddy the domain will bring you to a page from Go daddy )

If all records are ok go to blogger, creatte a new blog, go to Go Daddy and setup the domain and whait.

If that don't help i don't know.

Remember just in case change al paswords elated to your email, domain name control panel and blogger account. Just in case.

And if this works please send the link to Nitecruz.

I started another thread and he told me that he has never seen anything like this before and that he will contact Blogger with the issue. Hopefully this helps me out. We'll wait and see.

I don't get you... wait what ? Do you think they will set up the domain for you? god look with that.

After check by myself here are the steps on how that can be solved very easy if you own the domain name

1- Delete all records from the domain name Control Panel that point to Blogger.
2- Delete all records fromm Blogger that point to your custom domain name.
3- Wait 25 to 48 hours until all records are updated on Blogger servers and on Go Daddy Servers.
4- Check that your domain name is inactive by typing the address on your browser. If a blog/website is loaded on that address after 48 hours you must contact Go Daddy as in my opininon somebody it's using your domain name without your permission.

5- If after 24 - 48 hours all things are ok proceed to setup your on Blogger and Go Daddy.

There is no other easy solution for your problem, unless ofcourse you whant to somebody else solve the problem for you ( it seems that it's what you are expecting from the other forum.... I wish you look with that)\

If you really own the domain name in question these steps should be easy and a quick fix for your problem... since you seems so desesperated with your problem i don't get you why to post about your problem in two forums and don't check if the solutions will work.

Make things easy... and think easy... if you own the domain name and you delete the domain name - What do you think will hapen to the other blog that it's using the domain name ?

I posted it on 2 threads because Nitecruzr wasn't replying to my first thread, so I started another one.

I will follow your advice if Blogger don't do anything about my blog by this Friday.
